I really love the colors and the visual on this poster. My only critique would be the awkward shape the text is making. I would play with the text placement, size, typeface, etc. Besides that, I think the design is really well done and creative.
I think this ad is really visually arresting. The colors all compliment each other and the effect is charming. However, I think the poster would be a lot stronger if you focused on a smaller color palette. I don’t think the rainbow is sending any particular message in this case and I think you can find a scheme that sets a clear tone. I agree with Jessica that the text placement could be adjusted. Moving the headline off your picture might help make it easier to read. Overall, I really like the simplicity of the ad and the placement of the visual.
This week you will need to post a summary of the things you learned. In it we want you to include what you think was most beneficial about the class, what information you will use as you further your career, what you think could be improved upon, what you learned that stands out the most, and what you like most/least about the class.

Last week you needed to post an image of your favorite website. You needed to not only describe why you like it best in terms of design and content, but also explain how they lay it out and how it helps with navigation.
