I think that the poster for Eastbound and Down is very successful, it does a good job of drawing the reader’s eyes down the page one section at a time. It makes your focus on the tagline up top, then makes your eyes follow everything downwards in order, from the picture to the show title, to the information of when it will be airing. I also thought that they did a good job of incorporating the logo color with the handkerchief color.

I thought that the poster for Grindhouse was poorly done because it simply had too much going on. I don’t have the slightest clue about where to start looking at it, and after reading one part of it, I don’t naturally go to another part, but instead have to jump all over the place to get the information. I also think that all of the different fonts used, along with the mixing of the colors is very distracting and makes the poster difficult to read.
