Response to reading
I was particularly struck when I read about hierarchy being heard and not necessarily seen on page 136. I thought it was interesting that typography could be effective via audio for the visually impaired. The fact that programs have been created to allow designers to still test the linearization, so that people will still have the same experience was really interesting.
I also thought it was interesting that you can create emphasis within a paragraph by changing the font to evoke importance. INstead of the typical underlying or italics, changing a font will immediately emphasize what you are talking about. – Victoria
