The part I found most interesting from this weeks reading was the history of different styles of typefaces. I thought the part about how Geofroy Tory based his letters off the idea that the anatomies of them were similar to those of humans. I find it rather fascinating that so many typefaces actually date back to the period in time that I associate with them. Before I really had to think about it, I guess I assumed many of the typefaces we use today were created after computers and were just designed to look like a certain period.
